We have identified temporary performance issues, affecting viewing/redacting documents and using RapidReview. Our team is actively working on a resolution, and normal functionality will be restored soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Payments (Scheduled Maintenance - February 11, 2026)
The CivicPlus Product Engineering Team regularly monitors all sites and makes changes and improvements as needed. At this time, we have determined the need to open a maintenance window for CivicPlus Payments.
The maintenance window will take place during slower hours of usage to mitigate service disruptions. It will begin at 11:00 PM CST and end at 12:00 AM CST on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026. Service will not be impacted for the entire window.
During the maintenance window CivicPlus Payments could experience up to ~one minute of slowed performance or downtime as updates are applied.
