CivicPlus Payments (Scheduled Maintenance - October 1, 2025)

The CivicPlus Product Engineering Team regularly monitors all sites and makes changes and improvements as needed. At this time, we have determined the need to open a maintenance window for CivicPlus Pay.

The maintenance window will take place during slower hours of usage to mitigate service disruptions. It will begin at 11:00 PM CDT and end at 12:00 AM CDT on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025. Service will not be impacted for the entire window.

During the maintenance window CivicPlus Pay could experience up to ~one minute of slowed performance or downtime as updates are applied.

CivicPlus Portal (Scheduled Maintenance)

DNSSEC have been successfully enabled on http://civicplus.com. If you experience any issues accessing our services after the maintenance window, please contact your IT/network team to check if their recursive resolver supports DNSSEC and is properly validating.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to enable DNS Security Extensions (DNSSEC) on our primary domain. This enhancement strengthens domain name system security and integrity across our services.

Date: 9/20/25

Time: 10PM – 6AM Central Time

Expected Impact: No service interruption is expected. However, during this change, customers may experience temporary resolution or validation issues with certain subdomains used for authentication, payments, and related services.

Customer Action

If you experience any issues accessing our services during or after the maintenance window, please contact your IT/network team to check if their recursive resolver supports DNSSEC and is properly validating.

Our team will be monitoring the rollout closely to ensure continuity of service.

The CivicPlus Product Engineering team has completed the maintenance scheduled during the planned window on Wed. Sept 24th 10pm CT - 12:30am CT.

After completing this maintenance window, we no longer require the second maintenance window scheduled for Sunday Sept 28th  10pm - 12:30am and will be cancelling this planned window. Organizations will not see any down time during this previously scheduled window. We appreciate your patience and partnership.

Pinterest Content Capture Issue - September 24, 2025

Our team is actively investigating and has contacted Pinterest for support.

No customer action is required at this time. We will post updates here as we learn more and notify you once the issue is resolved. For questions, please contact [email protected].

Performance Issue Identified

Since September 8, Pinterest content capture has been blocked for some customers, resulting in missing records in archives.

Affected customers may see gaps in Pinterest records during this period. We recommend avoiding deletions or edits to Pinterest content until capture resumes, to reduce the risk of permanent record loss.


Vimeo Video Resolution Issues - September 5, 2025

Partial Fix Implemented

A partial fix has been deployed. Organizations with paid Vimeo accounts should now see videos resolving in their archives.

No customer action is required at this time. We will continue working toward a long-term solution for organizations without paid accounts, and we’ll update this post once the issue is fully resolved.

Performance Issue Identified

Since July 10, Vimeo video downloads have been unavailable due to changes on Vimeo’s side.

Record capture and processing remain fully operational. Video downloads are currently limited to paid Vimeo accounts.
