Administrators can test an agent before embedding it on a website and sharing it with resident users. Currently, Test Agent can only be triggered from the Knowledge Base Page. Visual configurations must be saved before they can be tested, while content configurations are automatically saved.
View configurations, including appropriate length of response, tone, and branding.
View the Intro Message.
View placement of the FAB (floating action button) and its active and inactive states.
Interact with content, evaluating response accuracy and formatting.

Select AI Agents in the navigation menu

Click Knowledge Base

Click Test Agent

Note:
If you have not already, you will need to agree to the AI Policy Terms and Conditions. You can view or revoke the agreement at any time.

Select the specific agent to test from the dropdown, and then click Test Agent

The last-saved agent button displays in the lower-right of the screen. Click to begin interacting with the agent.
