Administrators can test an agent before embedding it on a website and sharing it with resident users. Currently, Test Agent can only be triggered from the Knowledge Base Page. Visual configurations must be saved before they can be tested, while content configurations are automatically saved.

  • View configurations, including appropriate length of response, tone, and branding.

  • View the Intro Message.

  • View placement of the FAB (floating action button) and its active and inactive states.

  • Interact with content, evaluating response accuracy and formatting.

Who can use this feature?

Organization Owners

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Organization

  2. Select AI Agents in the navigation menu
    The AI Agents button in the navigation menu.

  3. Click Knowledge Base
    Knowledge Base sub-menu in the AI Agents menu.

  4. Click Test Agent

    Note:

    If you have not already, you will need to agree to the AI Policy Terms and Conditions. You can view or revoke the agreement at any time.
    Terms and conditions policy notice regarding AI-generated content and user responsibilities.

  5. Select the specific agent to test from the dropdown, and then click Test Agent

  6. The last-saved agent button displays in the lower-right of the screen. Click to begin interacting with the agent.
