View Chat Audit Logs

Organization owners can access an audit log that contains the history of all human-in-the-loop transactions that CivicPlus Athena has assisted with.

Important Note

CivicPlus Athena is currently in Beta. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.

Who can use this feature?

Organization Owners

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Staff Center

  2. Expand the Conversations menu and select Audit Logs

  3. View the chat audit logs for your organization. If needed, use the Search bar or Filters to narrow results.

    • Workflow Status: Select the status of the chat (Awaiting Decision, Decision Made, Executed, Terminated, Rejected).

    • Outcome: Filter by Pending, Success, Failure, Expired, Cancelled, or Rejected.

    • From/To: Set the date range for the chats

    • Relative Times: Uncheck to view the detailed time stamp for the chat

    • Reset Filters: Click to set the filters back to the default state

    • Refresh: Click to refresh the log with your selected filters

  4. If needed, click the Download button and choose to Export as CSV or JSON.

  5. Click View Details next to a chat to see more information.

  6. Review the Audit Log Details for the item
