Instructions
Log in to the CivicPlus Support site using your CivicPlus Single Sign-On credentials (OpenID button)
Your recent support cases will display on the home page. Select a case to view additional information, or click View All to see a full list of your cases.
Note:
You can also search for a case at the top of the page.
View the case details
Follow: Select to receive notifications when updates are made to the case
Close Case: Select if you would like to close the case
Case Information: View the subject, description, case number, contact name, and account name for your case
Additional Information: View the status, case owner, origin, and priority level for the case
Post: Share an update for the case or view previous communication
Attachments: View any applicable attachments
