We're excited to share that CivicPlus is evolving how we deliver support to better serve our users. These upcoming enhancements are designed to better empower you with the tools and resources you need when you need them.

What's Changing?

We're upgrading our technical support systems and self-service capabilities to provide a more unified and intelligent support experience across all CivicPlus products.

  • Enhanced Support Ticket Portal: Submit and track support requests more easily with a cleaner, more intuitive interface.

  • A Consolidated Support Platform: Access support for all CivicPlus products in one place; no more jumping between support pages for multiple products.

  • Improved Accessibility: Designed with inclusivity in mind, our new platform ensures a better experience for all users.

These improvements are designed to reduce friction, improve response times, and give you greater visibility into your support interactions.

Launch Timeline

  • Agenda and Meeting Management Select will be the first to launch the new support experience in late July 2025.

  • All other CivicPlus products will transition to the new platform throughout Summer 2025.

What will happen to my bookmarked links?

We will have redirects in place, so if you have a link bookmarked, it will direct you to the new article or section in Document360. However, those redirects are temporary, so we recommend updating your bookmarks to the new links as soon as possible.

Is the URL changing for the Help Centers?

The main help center URL (https://www.civicplus.help/) is not changing. However, the URLs will now be https://www.civicplus.help/productname.

Will I need to re-follow articles and categories I am currently following?

Yes, you will need to follow those articles and categories in the new Help Centers.
