Search Files or Assets

This article will show you how to search Files or Assets.

Instructions

1. Select Assets on the left-hand side
   
2. Use the Search bar at the top to search for a keyword and click Enter on your keyboard
   
3. You may also use one of the query tools:
   
   • Custom Query: Narrow down your results using a custom search query
     
   • Save Query: Name your query and choose to save it for all users or only yourself; saved queries will show up in the Filters sidebar
     
4. Use the Filters on the right-hand side to further filter your results
   
   
   • Order: Choose to order results by Newest First, Oldest First, Alphabetically - Ascending, or Alphabetically - Descending
   • Status Queries: Filter by Draft, Archived, Submitted, Published, or Declined status
   • Shared queries: View and sort by any shared queries
   • Saved queries: Search for assets using queries you have previously saved
   • Tags: Select tags to filter results to show assets with matching tags
