Decline a Submitted Content Element

Any user with publishing power is able to decline a submitted content element.
Who can use this feature?
Owner | Developer | Publisher
Instructions
Navigate to Content tab and select a Content Type
Locate the content element
Note: Items awaiting approval will be marked with a blue dot.
Select the Action Menu (three dots) on the item and select Change to Declined
Choose when to decline the item and click Confirm
Set to Declined immediately: The item will be declined once you select Confirm
Set to Declined at a later date and time: Select a future date and time to decline the item
The item will now show as Declined in the list
