Decline a Submitted Content Element

Any user with publishing power is able to decline a submitted content element.

 

Who can use this feature?

Owner | Developer | Publisher

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Content tab and select a Content Type
    Content tab in left navigation menu.
  2. Locate the content element
    select content item.
    Note: Items awaiting approval will be marked with a blue dot.
  3. Select the Action Menu (three dots) on the item and select Change to Declined
    change to declined.
  4. Choose when to decline the item and click Confirm
    Change content to declined.
    • Set to Declined immediately: The item will be declined once you select Confirm
    • Set to Declined at a later date and time: Select a future date and time to decline the item
  5. The item will now show as Declined in the list
    Content Declined yellow dot.
