Global Payments Integrated EMV Logs

Global Payment Integrated, the maker of RCM, captures logging from your EMV device. You may need to provide these logs to CivicPlus or Global Payments for troubleshooting purposes.
Log Information
Logging is always enabled
Logs are written to C:\ProgramData\XpressLink2\Logs
The logs overwrite themselves weekly
Files should be named XpressLink2_{username}_{day of week}
