Laserfiche can be used as an Action in the Integration Hub. With this integration, users will be able to add files to a Laserfiche repository as a result of their integration. This Laserfiche action pairs with your Process Automation and Digital Services (CivicOptimize), Meetings Select (CivicClerk), Web Central (CivicEngage Central) Document Center, and HCMS Assets triggers.
Important Notes
- Laserfiche is a premium integration and can be added to your solution for an additional cost. To get access to third-party integrations, please contact your CivicPlus Customer Success Manager.
- This integration option is compatible with Laserfiche cloud environments and requires a Laserfiche v1-alpha API.
Instructions
- Create a Simple Integration or an Advanced Integration with Laserfiche as the Action
- Folder: Select a Laserfiche folder to add files to
- Template: If needed, select a template to use with the integration
- Action: Select Import from the drop-down
- Once you move to the Configure step the available Laserfiche fields will display. These may differ depending on the Template selected.
Note: Currently there is no field available for the actual file. Integration Hub will automatically add files to the appropriate location without any additional mapping at this time. This option might be available as part of a future release.
