Duplicate Transactions For Braintree

Braintree has a way for you to decline duplicate transactions. This prevents the second transaction from being successful. CivicPlus Pay does not control whether a transaction is a duplicate or not. 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Settings > Processing
    Processing option under Settings.
  2. Locate Duplicate Transaction Checking under Transactions and click Options
    options link.
  3. Configure the number of seconds for duplicate transaction checking and click Save
    configure seconds and save.
