You must be signed in to your Online Code Hosting Dashboard to view saved code searches and to use MuniDocs and MuniPRO features. This article will show you how to access your dashboard.
Important Notes
If you are a regular Online Code Hosting user or an IP-authenticated user, you do not need to follow these login procedures. You only need to log in if you access the Dashboard to view your saved code searches or are a MuniDocs or MuniPRO user.
MuniDocs and MuniPRO are add-on features. If you are interested in having access to these, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for more information.
Instructions
Navigate to the CivicPlus Code Library and click the Sign In button in the upper-right corner of the screen:
Enter your Email Address in the Email field:

Check the Remember me checkbox to prevent the end of your authentication session when closing your browser window.
Ignore the alternate options for signing in that appear below the sign-in fields, as they will not work for Online Code Hosting.
Click the Continue button:

If your organization uses a custom IdP, you will be redirected to your organization's sign-in screen after clicking Continue. Once you have signed in, you will be redirected to the Code Library home page dashboard as depicted in Step 6.
Enter your password in the Password field:

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the Forgot your password? link below the Password field to request a password reset.
Click the Sign In button:
You have signed in to the Code Library:
Navigate to the Account Menu and select View Dashboard in the dropdown list:
You will be directed to your Dashboard:
