Create a Named Incident

An incident is a feature to associate alerts with. You have to have a generic incident type to start with before creating new incidents.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Incidents under Incident Management Incident Management in left navigation.

  3. Select the + in the top right corner Plus sign.

  4. Fill in the Incident NameCreate name.

  5. Choose the Priority Select priority.

  6. Select a Generic Incident optionGeneric incident option.

  7. Add Filters if necessaryUsers or groups.

  8. Click SaveSave incident.
