There are different places in the system where an agency might want to have a custom logo. This article will provide information about logos and which sections can be customized.

Important Notes

  • If you need assistance with logo resizing, please contact Support.

  • We do not recommend using a sign-up banner because they do not work well with embedded portals.

Signup Page Banner

Note:

We do not recommend using a sign-up banner because they do not work well with embedded portals.

A customized web URL signup page can be created for customers who want to allow Public Subscribers. This signup page can include a banner at the top of the screen.

The banner can be just an image (and is in most cases).

Change the Signup Page Banner

We do not recommend sign-up page banners, but if you need to add or replace a sign-up page banner, please contact Support.

Email Banner

Customer email alerts include a banner.

Example email banner.

Your brand logo is the graphic that is used for the email banner. For maximum compatibility, images should be in the .PNG or .JPG formats and have a maximum height of 100 pixels.

We recommend that you send out test alerts to a limited list of internal contacts to see how your email banner looks on various email platforms, as each will treat the banner image differently.

Note:

Core customers have one brand and cannot have an email banner logo that is different from their default logo. Pro customers have unlimited brand options and can have an email banner that is different from their default logo. Core customers that are interested in Pro options should contact their Customer Success Manager for more information.

Change the Email Banner

To add or change an email banner, you must update the logo image used for the associated brand. For information on branding, view the Create, Edit, or Delete a Brand article.
