Updated SMS Weather Alerts

{{glossary.SMS}} weather alerts from the Standard Weather package will now display the alert’s headline instead of the instruction text.
- Examples:
  - Extreme Cold Warning issued January 14 at 3:21AM {{glossary.EST}} until January 15 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Charleston, WV https://d.alrt.se/u/yZxDfysDObq
  - Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Additional https://d.alrt.se/u/bgrGh0sAlGN
Known Issue: If the headline is shorter than 140 characters, the beginning of the message may be repeated. This issue will be fixed in next week’s deployment.

Manage Custom Pronunciation Updates

The Manage Custom Pronunciation page has been modernized for a contemporary look and feel.

Brand Logo File Selection

The Brands logo file selection workflow has been refined to enhance usability.

Delivery Results for Weather Alerts

The Sent Alert Details page will no longer display Delivery Results for weather alerts that were not delivered to a channel because the customer’s Sign Up Configuration settings excluded that weather event type.

Resolved Problem Tickets

Resolved an issue on the Sent Alert Details page that could cause the display to render incorrectly.
