Heat Weather Category

A new “Heat” category has been added. Residents can now opt in to receive notifications about heat warnings issued by the National Weather Service.

Weather Advisories Support

The system now supports sending Weather Advisories. To activate, please reach out to your support representative.

SFTP History Page

Improved layout and design for a better user experience.

Voice Weather Alerts

Standard Weather package alerts now display the alert headline instead of the instruction text.

Attachments

The Select Attachments page (from the Send Alert form) now shows a link to the administrator record of the person who uploaded a file (when available).

Social Media (X / Twitter)

The Manage Social Media page now displays the expiration date for connected accounts. X (Twitter) accounts expire after 60 days and require reauthentication to continue posting alerts.

Extended Role Name Limit

Role names can now be up to 200 characters long, giving more flexibility to accurately represent and showcase your brand.

Resolved Problem Tickets

{{glossary.IPAWS}}: Resolved an issue where the Update Alert button was sometimes not clickable.
