SFTP Configuration and Upload Pages

The {{glossary.SFTP}} Configuration and SFTP Upload pages have been enhanced to deliver an improved user experience. View the Manage Data Through File Transfers article.

Alert Details Page Enhancements

The Alert Details page for sent alerts now displays the specific text and voice channel types selected during alert creation, providing greater transparency and clarity.

Modernized File Management Page

The File Management page has been modernized for a more contemporary look and feel.

Updated Social Media Navigation

The link to the old Social Media page has been removed from the new Social Media page.

Reply All Alerts

When sending a Reply All alert, the Recipients section on the Send Alert form now includes tooltips for contacts and groups that users are restricted from viewing. Additionally, the labels “Missing Group” and “Missing User” have been updated to “Unknown Group” and “Unknown User” for clearer communication.

Message Personalization

A new Message Personalization feature allows administrators to send alerts with personalized messages tailored for each recipient. Personalized content can now be customized across multiple channels, including Email, {{glossary.SMS}}, and Voice.

Administrators can dynamically insert variables from various data sources, such as alert details, contact information, {{glossary.CSV}} uploads, or assessments, directly into alert messages. The updated Send Alert interface also includes:

A list of available personalization variables
Instructions for variable formatting
A real-time preview of personalized messages
Validation and error handling for incorrect placeholders

Microsoft Teams Integration

You can now send alerts and messages directly through Microsoft Teams, allowing your organization to communicate urgent updates where your team collaborates most.

Added Microsoft Teams as a new alert delivery method.
Option to mark messages as High Importance for critical communications.
Messages are delivered directly to recipients or groups in Teams.

Resolved Problem Tickets

Fixed a performance issue that occurred while viewing files from the Send Alert and File Management pages.
Resolved an issue where the Send Alert form data would occasionally clear after selecting an image in the Social Media section.
