Administrators with the appropriate permissions can now access an improved Usage Dashboard that includes:

Monthly usage trends: Visual graphs displaying alert volumes and activity patterns over time.
Total usage metrics aligned to contract provisions: Quickly validate that your organization remains within contracted usage limits.
Administrator-level segmentation: View usage details by individual administrator to support accountability, audit readiness, and operational transparency.
Overage Notification Subscriptions
Admins can now subscribe to receive proactive notifications if alert usage approaches or exceeds contracted thresholds, helping prevent unexpected overages.
