This article will show you how to set or reset your CivicReady, now our Mass Notification system, login credentials.
CivicPlus Single Sign-On Instructions
Non-CivicPlus Single Sign-On Instructions
Navigate to the login screen
Enter your email address in the Enter Email or Username field

Click Next

Click either Trouble Logging in? or New to Konexus

Ensure your email address appears in the Enter Work Email field

Click Continue

You should see an account credentials confirmation message

Note:
This message is to check against our database for your email. If we do find your email, you will get an email from us.
Click the link in the email sent by the system
Note:
Password reset links have a limited lifespan and expire after 3 hours. If your reset link has expired, follow the steps above to get a new link.
You will be brought to a password change page
Fill in the Credentials fields

Username: Enter a username for your account
Password: Enter a password for your account
Note:
The Password Requirements are as follows:
At least 8 characters in length
At least 2 upper case and 2 lower case letters
At least 2 numbers
At least 1 special character (examples: !, @, #, $, %, &, *)
Confirm Password: Re-enter the desired password
7. Click Save
8. You can now go back to the login screen and sign in to the site using the new credentials you made
