This article will outline how to directly upload documents other than the , , or (such as an Action Agenda) to a Portal or Municipal Websites Open website.
Instructions
Log in to your municipality's Publishing Website or Portal if you have not already
Click the Meetings link in the top-right corner of the page below the City Website link to navigate to your Meetings page
Click the View Details link to the right of the meeting to which you wish to upload the additional document(s)
Click the gray, rectangular Edit tab above the meeting name
Click the Event/Meeting tab in the left menu
Click the Other Attachments dropdown
Click the gray, rectangular Choose File button under the Add a new file heading
Select the desired file from your computer's File Explorer
Note: Only PDF files less than 128 MB in size can be uploaded and displayed on the Meetings page.
Click the gray, rectangular Upload button to the right of the Choose File button, and the file name
To add one or more additional files, repeat steps 7 through 9
Scroll down and click the gray, rectangular Save button above the Home, Logout, and Dashboard links
The document(s) has been uploaded and will appear in the Supporting Documents section on the Meeting Details page
