You can create meetings, upload documents, send notifications, and manage your municipality's email subscriptions from your organization's Municipal Websites Open website or public meetings portal. This article will show you how to log in to your publishing website or portal.

Important Note

Contact Support if you do not know the login credentials for your account.

Log In to Your Publishing Website

If your municipality's Agenda and Meeting Management Essential solution is connected to a Municipal Websites Open website that uses CivicPlus Single-Sign-On, you will need to follow the instructions in the Sign In to Your Site article on our Municipal Websites Open Help Center to log in.


Log In to Your Public Meetings Portal

If your municipality's Agenda and Meeting Management Essential solution has an associated public meetings portal, you will need to log in to the portal with a username or email address and password.

  1. Navigate to your municipality's Portal (for example, municipality-st.municodemeetings.com)

  2. Scroll down and click the Staff Login link A Staff Login link in the bottom-left corner of the Portal page.

  3. Enter your username or email address and password into the User account fields The Username or email address and Password fields on the User account screen.

    Note:

    If you do not know your login credentials, please contact Support.

  4. Click the gray, rectangular Log in button below the Password field A Log in button that can be clicked to sign in to the website.

  5. You are now logged in and will be directed to your Dashboard The Hub Dashboard screen.
