This article will show how to reset your Agenda and Meeting Management Essential solution password.

Important Notes

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In pageThe Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page.

  2. Click the Forgot your password? link The 'Forgot your password?' link.

  3. Enter your email address in the Username - Email field The Username - Email field.

  4. Click the Reset button A red, rectangular Reset button below the Username - Email field.

  5. Navigate to your email account and copy the temporary password sent to you by the system An example password reset email.

    Note: If you do not receive the email in your inbox within 2 minutes, check your spam folder for the message.

  6. Navigate back to the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page The Agenda and Meeting Management Essential login page.

  7. Enter your email address into the Username - Email field and paste the temporary password into the Password field The Username - Email and Password fields.

  8. Click the Sign in button The red, rectangular Sign In button below the Remember me checkbox.

  9. Enter a new password into the Password and Confirm New Password fields The Password and Confirm Password fields.

    Notes:

    • Your email address will auto-populate the Username - Email field.

    • Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 letter and 1 number.

  10. Click the Change button The red, rectangular Change button below the Password and Confirm Password fields.

  11. You are now logged into the system An example user home screen.

  12. Use your new password the next time you log in
