This article will show how to reset your Agenda and Meeting Management Essential solution password.
Important Notes
The following instructions are only for organizations that do not use Microsoft's Azure Active Directory/Office 365 to log in.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 letter and 1 number
Instructions
Navigate to the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page

Click the Forgot your password? link

Enter your email address in the Username - Email field

Click the Reset button

Navigate to your email account and copy the temporary password sent to you by the system

Note: If you do not receive the email in your inbox within 2 minutes, check your spam folder for the message.
Navigate back to the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page

Enter your email address into the Username - Email field and paste the temporary password into the Password field

Click the Sign in button

Enter a new password into the Password and Confirm New Password fields

Notes:
Your email address will auto-populate the Username - Email field.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 letter and 1 number.
Click the Change button

You are now logged into the system

Use your new password the next time you log in
