Log In with Microsoft 365/Azure Active Directory

Agenda and Meeting Management Essential supports Microsoft's Azure Active Directory as an authentication provider. This means that if your organization uses Microsoft 365, you can use your Microsoft 365 credentials to log in.

Prerequisites

  • Your organization must use Microsoft 365, which requires synchronization of an on-premises Active Directory instance to Azure Active Directory.

  • You must already have an account within the Essential solution with the appropriate roles assigned.

  • Your email address for the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential solution must match your Microsoft 365 email address.


Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Meetings Essential login page The Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page.

  2. Click Sign in with Microsoft The black, rectangular Sign in with Microsoft button to the right of the Log In fields.

  3. Log in using your Microsoft 365 credentials The Pick an account popup window with an example account highlighted.

    Note: If your organization uses Two-Factor Authentication via Microsoft 365, that same Two-Factor Authentication will apply to this login process.

  4. You will be redirected to your home screenAn example user home screen.
