Starting August 10, 2026, Agenda and Meeting Management Essential will use CivicPlus Authentication (CivicPlus Single-Sign On) to securely sign users in. This guide explains how to sign in using CivicPlus Single Sign-On. If you're creating CivicPlus credentials for the first time, it also walks you through verifying your email address and setting your password.
Important Note
Before you begin:
If you already use CivicPlus Single Sign-On with another CivicPlus product, sign in using your existing CivicPlus credentials. No additional setup is required.
If your organization currently uses the Microsoft Sign-In option, it will not work immediately after the migration. Instead, you will need to sign in with your email address and complete a one-time password setup using the instructions in this article. Organizations that want to continue using Microsoft Sign-In can work with their Customer Success Manager or CivicPlus Support to configure Microsoft as their identity provider (IdP).
If your organization already uses a custom identity provider (IdP) with another CivicPlus product, the system will automatically detect it after you enter your email address. You will be redirected to log in through your existing IdP.
