View the Public In-Meeting Display

The Public In-Meeting display allows you to show the public what is being discussed or voted on during a meeting in real-time via screens within the meeting venue or virtually during a video stream. The content shown on the Public In-Meeting display corresponds to selections made by the person using the In-Meeting Interface during the meeting. This article will show you how to view your Public In-Meeting display.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the desired meeting's Meeting Detail Screen An example meeting detail screen.

  3. Click the Public In Meeting button (blue people icon) in the meeting document icon section The public in-meeting button.

  4. View the Public In-Meeting display The public in-meeting display.

    Note:

    The content that appears on the Public In-Meeting display will vary based on the actions of the person using the Minutes & Voting function within the In-Meeting Interface and the progress of your meeting.

  5. Copy and save the URL in your browser's address bar and use it to share your Public In-Meeting display on one or more screens within the meeting venue or virtually during a video stream, if desired
