Change a Linked Event

This article will show you how to change an agenda's associated or linked event.

Important Note

The instructions in this article will also work if you need to link an event to a missing agenda.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:The Meetings Module option on the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select the desired agenda:An example agenda tile.

  4. Click the Edit Agenda Settings button:The purple, rectangular Edit Agenda Settings button which appears below the User Menu.

  5. Click the Linked Event dropdown list and select the desired event:The Linked Event dropdown field.

  6. Click the View button to view an event's details, if desired:The white, rectangular View button to the right of the Linked Event field.

  7. Click the Save Agenda Settings button:The green, rectangular Save Agenda Settings button in the lower-right corner of the Edit Agenda Settings modal.

  8. The event linked to the agenda has been updated
