This article will show you how to delete multiple agendas (meetings) at one time.
Instructions
Sign in to your solution if you have not already
Navigate to the Meetings module:

Click the List View tab:

Navigate to the Show menu to select the timeframe of agendas you wish to view:

Click the for menu to select the meeting types you wish to view:

Click the Load All button to apply the selected filters and load the results:

Click the checkbox to the left of the Name column to select all displayed agendas automatically:

Or click the checkboxes to the left of the individual agendas you wish to delete:

Click the Delete Selected Meetings button:

On the Delete Selected pop-up that appears, select a deletion option:

Delete the Event Associated To This Agenda: Delete the agendas and their associated events from the system
Delete Only the Agenda and Keep the Event Available: Delete the agendas and remove them from the Meetings module, but keep their associated events in the system
Click the "X" icon to the right of a specific agenda to remove it from the Meetings to Delete list, if desired:

Click the Delete button to confirm the deletion of all selected agendas:

The selected agendas have been deleted
Note:
You can restore deleted agendas within 30 days using the Trash Can feature.
