Released Enhancements
Froala Font List Updated to Alphabetical Order
To improve clarity, efficiency, and ease of use, the Froala Editor now displays its full list of available fonts in alphabetical order. This enhancement ensures a more intuitive editing workflow for clerks and Agenda and Meeting Management Select administrators. It also ensures that users don't need to scan an unsorted or inconsistently ordered list to choose a font.

Key Enhancements
Alphabetized Font List: All available fonts now appear in alphabetical order (A to Z) within Froala across all modules. This makes it easier to locate specific fonts quickly.
Complete Font Inventory: The update includes every font currently available in the system. No fonts were removed, renamed, duplicated, or altered.
Consistent Functionality: All fonts load and remain selectable. They also apply accurately to text without rendering issues.
Template Stability: Existing agenda, minutes, and packet templates are unaffected. Font updates don’t modify saved content or disrupt any template formatting workflows.
Reliable Performance: The alphabetized list loads consistently across supported browsers and device types. This ensures a stable and predictable editing experience.
What to Expect
Users will find it easier to identify and apply fonts during agenda, minutes, and document preparation. This improvement enhances the usability of the Froala Editor. It also maintains full compatibility with existing Agenda and Meeting Management Select formatting standards.
User Email Address Now Displayed as Tooltip
Agenda and Meeting Management Select now displays each user's email address as a tooltip whenever their name appears in a user-selection list. This should help clerks and administrators identify users when multiple users share the same or similar names. This improvement reduces selection errors. It also streamlines workflows involving assignments, permissions, and user management.
What’s New
Email Tooltip on Hover: Hovering over any username in dropdown lists displays the user’s email address. This applies to areas such as Assigned To, reviewer fields, approver fields, or any user selection interface.
Support for Duplicate Names: When users have identical or similar names, the tooltip helps identify the correct user without additional steps.
Displays for All Users: Tooltip behavior applies regardless of whether duplicates exist. Email visibility is always provided for clarity and consistency.
Seamless Integration: Emails are provided through the options’ title attribute. This ensures a reliable appearance across supported browsers. Existing UI layouts or workflows shouldn't be disrupted.
Impact
Clerks and administrators can select users more confidently without risk of misidentification. This enhancement supports accuracy in assignments, approvals, and team management. It also improves efficiency for all user-related workflows.
