More Inclusive Default Avatars
Default Agenda and Meeting Management Select avatars have been updated. They now include a diverse set of skin tones drawn from a palette of six inclusive tones. This better represents the range of users, residents, and stakeholders in the system. This enhancement applies to all locations where default avatars appear. This includes Users, Departments, Boards, Teams, Events, and the Public Portal.
Before, Agenda and Meeting Management Select used a single, non-diverse default avatar style across several modules. That experience didn’t reflect the diversity of the communities using the system.

Added a diverse skin-tone palette.
Updated all avatar sets with consistent illustration style and shading.
Ensured multi-person icons now include multiple tones for better representation.
