Delete an Agenda

This article will show you how to delete an agenda.

Important Note

You can delete an Agenda on its own, which removes the Agenda from the Meetings module while preserving its associated Event, or you can delete both an Agenda and its associated Event from the system. If you only want to delete Agenda Items, you can use the Bulk Item Actions tool within your Agenda page.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:The Meetings Module option on the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select the agenda you wish to delete:An example agenda tile.

  4. Click the Edit Agenda Settings button:The purple, rectangular Edit Agenda Settings button which appears below the User Menu.

  5. In the Edit Agenda Settings pop-up window, click the Delete button:The white, rectangular Delete button with a red trash can icon in the lower-left corner of the Edit Agenda Settings modal.

  6. On the Delete Agenda popup that appears, select a deletion option:The two delete options on the Delete Agenda modal.

    • Delete the Event Associated To This Agenda: Delete the Agenda and its associated Event from the system

    • Delete Only the Agenda and Keep the Event Available: Delete the Agenda and remove it from the Meetings module, but keep its associated Event in the system

  7. Click the Delete button to confirm the deletion:The red, rectangular Delete button in the lower-right corner of the Delete Agenda modal.

  8. The agenda has been deleted

    Note

    You can restore deleted agendas with the Trash Can feature.
