Dropbox Integration

The Agenda and Meeting Management Select Dropbox integration allows the system to publish agendas, agenda packets, and minutes files to your Dropbox account. This article will explain the functionality of the integration and provide the steps that can be taken to enable it.

Important Notes

  • This integration is available to customers with both Agenda and Meeting Management Select and Dropbox at no cost.

  • An Administrator must enable and configure the integration before it can be used.

  • Contact Support if you encounter any issues when enabling the Dropbox integration.

Dropbox Integration Functionality

Once activated and configured, the Send to Dropbox function becomes available on the Agenda Files page. Within the Send modal's Dropbox tab, you can select and send the desired agenda files to the Dropbox folder designated during integration setup. All users with access to the Dropbox folder will automatically receive the files once their devices sync.

Enable the Dropbox Integration

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Settings option:

  3. Click the User and Global Settings tile:

  4. Click the Integrations tile:

  5. Click the Dropbox tile:

  6. Click the Connect to Dropbox button:

    Note:

    If you encounter an "Error (400)" message, you will need to contact Support before proceeding.

  7. Follow the prompts to establish a link between Agenda and Meeting Management Select and Dropbox

  8. Within Agenda and Meeting Management Select, enter the name of the Dropbox folder you want those files sent to into the Dropbox Folder for Delivery field:

  9. Click the Save Changes button:

  10. The Dropbox integration has been enabled
