This article will show you how to reorder agenda sections and items so that they appear in your preferred order.
Important Note
You must have the “Select Items – Move” and “Edit Section” permissions enabled in your Security Profile to reorder items and sections in Agenda View.
Instructions
Sign in to the system if you have not already
Navigate to the Meetings module:

Select the agenda with the sections and items you wish to reorder:

Click the Reorder button:

Hover over the desired sections or items to make a grid icon appear to the left of each section or item name:

Click and hold the grid icon next to each section or item, and drag and drop it into your desired order:

Note:
When you move a section, you also move all of its items. The Reorder function only rearranges sections and items and cannot turn sections into items or items into sections.
Click the Save Changes button to save your changes and continue reordering the agenda:

Note:
When you are done reordering, you can click Back to Agenda to return to Agenda View:

Or click the Save and Exit button to save the new order and automatically return to Agenda View:
