This article explains how to use Dashboard filters to find items that are not assigned to an agenda. By adjusting the View, For, and Show filter options, you can quickly narrow your results and display all unassigned items directly from the Dashboard.

This article is tailored specifically to items that are not currently attached to an agenda using the dashboard filters. For information and instructions on using the Dashboard filters in general, see the Use the Dashboard Homepage Filters article.
Instructions
Sign in to your solution if you have not already
Navigate to the Dashboard if it is not already displayed:

Navigate to the Dashboard filters:

Click the View dropdown menu and select an option to narrow down the likely creator of the unassigned item, if desired

Me: Content that belongs to the current user
Everyone: Content that belongs to all users
Department: Content that belongs to all users in a specific department
User: A dropdown that lets you choose one specific user to search, and more importantly, this allows you to access the ‘People I Back up’ selection, which shows you any pending approvals that you are a backup for
Note:
We recommend selecting the "Everyone" option if you are not sure who created the unassigned item.
Click the for dropdown menu and select the No Agenda Assigned option:

In the Show menu, click the Approvals and Tasks buttons to deselect them and ensure they don’t appear in the search results:

Note:
When Show menu options are selected, they appear as white buttons. They appear as gray buttons when they have been deselected.

Ensure the Include Completed checkbox is checked to display all unassigned items:

Click the Search button:

Items that are not assigned to an agenda will appear in the search results:
