Public Portal Embeds Enhanced for User Experience on Mobile Devices
Our Public Portal embed enhancements include:
A "Read More" button has been added to the Announcement section, allowing users to expand truncated text for seamless access to all content. Once clicked, users can also select "Read Less" to return to the truncated view. The text now fades behind the next content area, providing a visual cue that more is available, and Chrome scrollbar styling has been updated for consistency across sections. Even with the Announcement section expanded, users can scroll to view the Event List, ensuring an uninterrupted browsing experience.
Labels have been enhanced to align with fields, ensuring they do not obstruct the end user's view of the field and clearly identify the field's purpose.
Category Tags displayed on the mobile view have been truncated to prevent overlapping the icons that allow users to view meeting agendas, minutes, or media. End users can view the full text by hovering over the Category Tag.

Live Meeting Manager Performance Rewrite
As part of our ongoing performance enhancements for Agenda and Meeting Management Select, we have completed a major back-end rewrite of the Live Meeting Manager. There are no functional or user interface changes as part of this update. The improvements are focused solely on enhancing performance.
