OneDrive Removed from Integrations Page
Users can now attach OneDrive files directly to any agenda item without requiring an integration. This update makes the process more seamless and accessible. With this improvement, the OneDrive option has been removed from the Integrations page, reducing clutter and simplifying configuration. This ensures a more intuitive experience while maintaining full functionality for attaching OneDrive files.
Accessibility Enhancement in Media Player
As part of our ongoing commitment to accessibility, we've enhanced the download menu in the JW Player (Media Player) in both the Admin view and Public Portal view to better support screen readers and keyboard navigation. These updates are crucial for meeting WCAG 2.2 AA requirements, ensuring that all users, including those with accessibility needs, can easily access and navigate the media player for a more inclusive and seamless experience.
PDF Viewer Improvements
We have made several user-friendly improvements to our PDF viewer to enhance the search experience. Users can now easily see the zoom percentage while viewing PDFs. The search functionality has been improved to highlight all keyword results, display the correct number of results, and show which result is currently in view. Additionally, the currently selected result is now highlighted in a unique color. If no results are found, a clear "Phrase not Found" message will be displayed. These enhancements make navigating and searching PDFs smoother and more intuitive.

Improved Notes Tab Filtering for a Streamlined Experience
Items are now more efficiently organized in the Board Portal "Notes" tab. Only items that contain notes will be displayed, ensuring users can quickly find and focus on relevant items. If all notes are removed, the item will no longer appear in the "Notes" tab, providing a cleaner and more streamlined experience.
