Manage Board Portal Customizations

The Board Portal Display Page features include electronic voting, current item details, and a display of speakers and the speaker timer. The Display Page can be configured with custom colors and a Vote Display Scroll Speed. This article will show you how to customize the Board Portal Display page.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Settings option:

  3. Select Events and Public Portal:
    The Events and Public Portal tile on the Site Settings page.

  4. Select Portal Settings:
    Portal Settings tile on the Events and Public Portal page.

  5. Navigate to the Board Portal Customizations section:

  6. Click the Display Page and Current Item color boxes to customize the colors used in your Board Portal:

    Notes:

    • Clicking a color box will open a color picker. You can select a color using the color field, eye dropper, or slider tool, or by manually entering values in the R (Red), G (Green), and B (Blue) text boxes:

    • To reset a color to its Agenda and Meeting Management Select system default, click the HEX color code below the field:
      The default HEX code for the Display Page Background Color.

  7. Select a Vote Display Scroll Speed option to control the scroll speed of the vote result screen in Live Meeting Manager:

    • Slow: 7 seconds

    • Medium (default): 4 seconds

    • Fast: 1 second

    • Custom (speed in seconds): Enter a custom value in seconds

  8. Click the Save Changes button:
    The green, rectangular Save Changes button which appears below the User menu.

  9. Changes to these settings are effective immediately
