OneDrive Integration

Prev Next

The Agenda and Meeting Management Select OneDrive integration allows users to access and attach files directly from OneDrive accounts. This eliminates the need to manually download and re-upload documents, streamlining document management workflows.

Agenda and Meeting Management Select integrates with the Microsoft OneDrive API using secure authentication through Microsoft Graph. Once enabled, you can browse OneDrive file structure directly within Agenda and Meeting Management Select and attach one or more files within supported workflows (such as agenda items and attachments).

Important Notes

  • The OneDrive function is for adding attachments only. You cannot use it to publish agenda files.

  • You must use a publicly accessible URL in the OneDrive Shared File Link field for the function to work.

OneDrive Integration Functionality

With this function, you can store and edit attachment files in OneDrive and have them pulled into Agenda and Meeting Management Select. The OneDrive function is available as part of the Item Files page’s Add Attachment feature. Within the Add Attachment modal's OneDrive tab, you can input a public OneDrive shared file link. You can also set the attachment's name, Public Portal visibility, and confidentiality.

When a packet that uses the associated attachment is created, the system pulls the most recent version of the file from OneDrive. The OneDrive document will be listed as an attachment for the item, just like any other uploaded attachment. There is also a link to the document in OneDrive for editing.
