This article will show you how to release (remove) an Ordinance or Resolution number if an item is not passed. If you release a number, then that number will open up for use by another item.
Instructions
Sign in to the system if you have not already
Navigate to the Meetings module:
Select the agenda with the resolution or ordinance number you wish to release:
Select the item with the resolution or ordinance number you wish to release:
Ensure you are viewing the Item Fields page:
Note:
If you are not viewing the Item Fields page, you will need to navigate to the View menu and select the Item Fields option from the dropdown list.
In the Information section, click the Remove button to release the applied resolution or ordinance number:
Click the Save Item button:
The Resolution or Ordinance number is now available for use
