This article will show you how to set an event to Live in the Minutes module.
Instructions
Sign in to your solution if you have not already
Navigate to the Meetings module:
Select the agenda associated with the event you wish to set to "Live":
Click the Go to Minutes button:
Ensure you are viewing the Minutes Settings page:
Note:
The Minutes Settings page should appear by default. If you are not viewing the Minutes Settings page, you will need to navigate to the View menu and select the Minutes Settings option from the dropdown list.
Scroll to the Recording and Streaming section and click the Set Live button:
Click the End Live button when the live stream is finished:
Click the OK button on the "We are currently processing the video on demand and it will be available later" pop-up that appears:
