Sync Select Documents to Web Central Document Center

This article will show you how to set up an integration to send your agendas, minutes, or event content files from Agenda and Meeting Management Select to the Web Central Document Center.

Prerequisites

  1. Set up your Web Central credentials.

  2. Make sure the applicable Web Central Document Center folder is set to Update Integration Hub.  Checkbox for updating Integration Hub in Document Center settings with description below.


Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Integrations tab

  3. Select + New Integration

  4. Scroll down and click the CivicClerk Sync Agendas template CivicClerk sync agendas integration template.

  5. Some of the fields will automatically populate; select the Applications for Agenda and Meeting Management Select and Web CentralIntegration setup for syncing agendas between CivicClerk and CivicEngage Document Center.

  6. Select the Credentials for Web CentralForm fields for agenda management, including applications and credentials sections highlighted.

  7. If needed, change the Type of document you wish to sync from Agenda and Meeting Management SelectCivicClerk application interface showing options for creating agenda documents.

  8. Filter the integration to be when a document is Published or Unpublished in Select Filter options for document creation, highlighting 'Published' selection in the dropdown menu.

    Note:

    For example, if you select Agenda Packet and Published for your trigger, any time an Agenda Packet is published to the public portal the integration will fire.

  9. Select the Document Center Folder in Web Central the file should be added to Document Center interface showing options for creating agendas and selecting folders.

  10. Modify the Short Description, if needed Integration setup for syncing agendas between CivicClerk and CivicEngage Central Document Center.

  11. Click NextNavigation interface showing steps to configure and confirm settings with highlighted Next button.

  12. Map fields from Agenda and Meeting Management Select to Web Central as needed CivicClerk and CivicEngage Central fields for document management and publishing details.

    Note:

    Required fields in Document Center are Display Name and File Name. Learn more about how field mapping looks in Web Central.

  13. Click Next

  14. View an Overview and Test Instructions for your integration Instructions for triggering CivicClerk and checking output in CivicEngage Central.

  15. Click Save

  16. Enable your integration using the toggle under the Status column Settings for syncing agendas and optimizing submissions in a document management system.

  17. The integration will now sync documents between your Agenda and Meeting Management Select and Web Central sites City Council Work Session Agenda details including publication date and author information.
