The Agenda and Meeting Management Select and Municipal Websites Central Calendar Sync integration automatically syncs Agenda and Meeting Management Select events to a corresponding calendar in Web Central.
Important Notes
This integration is available at no cost to customers with Agenda and Meeting Management Select and Web Central.
You must contact Support to configure and enable this integration before you can use it.
Changes to events synced with this integration must be made in the Agenda and Meeting Management Select Events module. Changes made in the Web Central calendar will not reflect on the Agenda and Meeting Management Select event.
Integration Versions: Direct and Integration Hub
There are two versions of the Web Central Calendar Sync Integration:
A direct integration between Agenda and Meeting Management Select and Web Central
An integration between Agenda and Meeting Management Select and Web Central through our Integration Hub
Direct Integration
Our direct integration is in effect for most customers launched before September 2025. This version pulls basic event details (such as date and time) from specific fields in Agenda and Meeting Management Select. As a result, some details (such as the description and address) are not carried over to Web Central.
Integration Hub Integration
Our CivicPlus Integration Hub integration is available to customers starting September 2025. This version of the integration delivers a more accurate, configurable, and maintainable connection between Agenda and Meeting Management Select and Web Central. Its benefits include:
The ability to create, update, and delete calendar entries created by CivicPlus Integration Hub
Individual location fields (address, city, state) carry over
A secondary "Agenda Link" field for Public Portal event links that are passed over
A “Show in calendar widget” option
The ability to filter events by Agenda and Meeting Management Select meeting type
Notify Me advance notification options (Subject, Comments, Send X Days in Advance)
Switching Between Integration Versions
Key Considerations
Switching from the direction version of the integration to the CivicPlus Integration Hub version of the integration means events previously sent using the old integration will not be manageable through the agenda product once the new integration is in place.
Some duplicate events may occur if this is not adjusted.
If you update an event originally sent by the old integration (for example, change the date), the new integration will send the change as a net new event, resulting in a duplicate on your website calendar.
To resolve this, you will need to manually delete the old version.
Recommended Transition Steps
If you decide to move to the new integration, you will need to do the following:
Delete future-dated events created by '[email protected]' from your website calendar, as long as they don't have an active agenda in Agenda and Meeting Management Select.
Delete those same events from Agenda and Meeting Management Select.
Recreate the events in Agenda and Meeting Management Select using event templates for ease.
This will send new versions to the calendar that you can control with the new integration
Note:
These steps should only be taken for future events without working agendas. In the event a meeting with a working agenda needs to have its event information updated, you will need to make the changes and then remove the old version of the event on your website.
Calendar Sync Integration Functionality
Once the integration is set up, you can create a single or recurring event in Agenda and Meeting Management Select’s Events module.
On the Event Details page, you can add further details if needed. You can then publish the event immediately or at a future date.
If published immediately, the event will appear published on the Web Central calendar.

Front-end example:
If an event is not published immediately, it will show as Pending on the Web Central calendar. It will show as pending until it is published in Agenda and Meeting Management Select.
Each synced event links to the corresponding event details page on the Agenda and Meeting Management Select Public Portal. Visitors can see meeting details (agendas, packets, minutes) based on published information.
