Agenda and Meeting Management Select Public Portals with Agenda Accessibility and Translation powered by DocAccess enabled have a Translate feature. When translation is engaged, you can quickly translate the Public Portal’s user interface into a commonly spoken language. This allows you to navigate both home and individual meeting pages in the languages you prefer. This article will show you how to engage the Translate feature.
Important Note
Your municipality or organization must have Agenda Accessibility and Translation powered by DocAccessAgenda Accessibility and Translation powered by DocAccess enabled for the Translate feature to be available.
Instructions
Navigate to your municipality or organization’s Public Portal:

Click the Translate button in the upper-right corner of the screen:

Select a language option in the dropdown list:

Note:
Dropdown is space limited, so you may not see your preferred language immediately. However, you can choose from a larger list of languages after an initial selection is made. To see the expanded list of nearly 250 languages, you will first need make a selection in the dropdown as shown in step 3. Once translation is engaged, you can click the selected language in the Google Translate bar and choose another language.

Your Public Portal's interface will update to display text in the selected language:

Navigate the Public Portal as desired:

To end translation and return the Public Portal to its original language, click the Show original button:
