Customers with Agenda Accessibility and Translation powered by DocAccess can configure and manage options for their Public Portal in the DocAccess Control Center. This article will show you how to update the General, Appearance, Domains, Include/Exclude, Behavior, Questions, Assistance, and Translation settings for your Public Portal.
Instructions
Log in to the DocAccess website
Ensure you are viewing the Control Center:

Navigate to the Your Sites section:

Click the Settings button (gear icon) to the right of your Public Portal domain:

On the Domain Settings dialog that appears, navigate the Settings tabs to configure and manage options for the Public Portal domain:

General Tab: Displays essential information and available actions for the selected domain:

Spider URL: Indicates the domain currently being scanned by DocAccess
Rescan Domain: Rescans the domain and imports any newly detected files
View Document List: Opens a list of all detected files for that domain
Delete Domain: Removes the domain from the DocAccess Control Center
Save Changes: Save your general changes
Appearance Tab: Customize how DocAccess appears to users when viewing documents:

Logo Upload: Upload a logo to display above the file name in the DocAccess Viewer
Custom Text: Add optional text below the logo (for example, your organization name or an accessibility message)
Accent Color: Change the DocAccess Viewer’s highlight/theme color
Save Appearance: Save your appearance changes
Domains Tab: Manage aliases for domains where your website is available:

Add New Alias: Add alternate domains that serve the same content as the primary domain
URL Settings: Check the Force WWW prefix checkbox if documents only load correctly when “www” appears before your domain
Domain Security: Check the Compromised Domain checkbox to lock down the domain in the event that it is compromised
Save Changes (not depicted): Save your domain changes
Note:
Use aliases only for domains with identical content.
Include/Exclude Tab: Include or exclude specific file paths from DocAccess processing:

Document Files: Filter the files that should be excluded or included by the documents’ file URLs
Webpages: Filter the webpages that should be activated or excluded by the webpage URLs where documents appear
Save Changes (not depicted): Save your document file and webpage changes
Behavior Tab: Control how documents open and display for visitors on this domain:

Default to accessible transcript view: When enabled, documents will open in the accessible transcript view instead of the print-friendly view
Open documents in a new tab: When enabled, document links will open in a new browser tab instead of the lightbox viewer
Save Changes: Save your behavior changes
Questions Tab: Configure the AI-powered question functionality for documents on this domain:

Enable Ask a Question: Enable or disable the “Ask a Question” feature
Supplemental Instructions: Add or update the instructions that are added to the AI's system prompt when answering questions about documents on this domain
Save Changes: Save your “Ask a Question” changes
Assistance Tab: Configure live visual interpreting assistance from Aira for users with disabilities:

Enable Live Assistance from Aira: Enable or disable the Live Assistance from Aira function
Custom Instructions: Add or update the custom instructions that display in the Live Assistance section; if Aira is disabled and this is blank, the Live Assistance section will be hidden entirely
Save Changes: Save your Live Assistance changes
Translation Tab: Control multilingual translation options for documents on the selected domain:

Enable Translation: Check this box to allow users to translate documents into other languages using Google Translate in the document viewer
Customize Featured Languages: Check this box to override the default featured language list with your own custom selection
Save Changes: Save your translation changes
When you are finished with your updates, click Close to exit the Domain Settings dialog
