The Item Timeline displays all changes and edits made to an item (Item History). This article will show you how to view your Item Timeline.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:The Meetings Module option on the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select the agenda the desired item is currently on:An example agenda tile.

  4. Select the desired item:An example Individual Reports agenda item under the Roll Call section.

  5. Click the View menu and select the Item Timeline option from the dropdown list:The Item's expanded view menu with the Item Timeline option highlighted.

    Note:

    The default view is Item Fields.

  6. Click the Show All filter and scroll down to view the complete Visual Item Timeline:
    The item timeline's Show All button.

    • Calendar Icon: Date of edit

    • User Icon: Who made the edit

    • Time: Time of edit

    • Action: Description of the edit(s) made

    • Source: The Agenda from which the item was moved

  7. Select the Messages, Approvals, or History filters to filter results:The Item Timeline's filter buttons.

    • Messages: Only view Messages about the item

    • Approvals: Only view the item's Approval History (name of the approver, date/time of approval, approval actions taken)

    • History: Only view Edit History of the item
