Add & Manage Video Categories

Add a Category

1. Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site

   Note:

   For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.
   

2. Select the Categories tab and click Add New Category
   

3. Enter the Category Name and click Create
   

4. You can now add videos to the category
   

Edit a Category

1. Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site

   Note:

   For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.
   

2. On the Categories tab, select the three-dot actions menu next to a category and select Edit category
   

3. If needed, edit the Category name
   

4. You can also add or remove videos
   

5. Click Save
   

Delete a Category

1. Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site

   Note:

   For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.
   

2. Select the three-dot actions menu next to a category and select Edit category
   

3. Click Delete Category
   

4. Select Delete on the pop-up that says Are you sure you want to delete category?
