Add the Google Translate Widget to a Page

This article explains how to add a Google Translate widget to your page. This adds a Google Translate button to the page.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your site.

  2. Navigate to your desired page and ensure that Live Edit Is On:CivicPlus interface showing Municipal Websites Central with live editing feature activated.

  3. Select the Widgets tab: CivicPlus interface showing modules including highlighted Widgets section for website management.

  4. Drag and drop the Google Translate Widget to your desired area on the page: CivicPlus interface showing services, Google Translate, and various content modules.

  5. View the Google Translate HTML; click Done: The 'DONE' button is highlighted on the services page for user interaction.

  6. View the button in the bottom right corner: Civic Springs website interface showing services and language selection options. The Google Translate widget is highlighted.

    Note:

    To place the button in a different part of the page, adjust the Custom HTML.

  7. Click Save Options to save or cancel changes in a document editing interface with the save button highlighted.
