This article will teach you more about Agendas and Agenda Packets and their differences.
Simple Agendas
Simple agendas only include the agenda for the meeting. You can create simple agendas through the Agenda Center, or you can upload pre-existing agenda files from your computer. Your agendas will be available in both HTML and PDF versions.
Agenda Packets
Agenda packets include the meeting agenda as well as backup or supporting documentation for each item in that agenda. Documents attach directly to the associated Agenda Center items. Items will display immediately following the meeting agenda and are collated in the same order as the items in the agenda.
Note:
Agenda packets will not be generated if you upload your agenda as a document. You also cannot create or edit items in an agenda packet as you would when creating a simple agenda. Rather, the agenda packet is generated by compiling all attached supporting documents into a single packet.
HTML and PDF Versions
The HTML version will treat the agenda packet as a web page and open it in a browser. It will never open up the full packet, but you will be able to click the links to view any of the supporting documentation.
The Simple PDF version does not include backup documentation. The Full PDF Agenda Packet includes supporting documentation in order after the agenda for reference during the meeting. Item links are not in the PDF version.
