Allow users to suggest facilities to be added to the module via a button titled "Missing a Facility?". Submission emails will be sent to addresses specified in the Facility Submissions input.

Instructions
Navigate to Facility Properties
Scroll down and enable Allow Facility Submissions
Click Save Changes
