  1. Sign In to Your Site

  2. Click Modules
    Modules menu in Central.

  3. Click Content
    Content tab of the Modules menu.

  4. Click News Flash
    News Flash module in the Modules Content menu.

  5. Click the name of a published category
    Published category in the News Flash module.

  6. Check the Select All box or check boxes individually
    Select check boxes in a News Flash category.

  7. Select a bulk action
    Bulk Action buttons in a News Flash Category.

    • Publish Marked: Publish the selected items

    • Reject Marked: Reject the selected items

    • Unpublish Marked: Unpublish the selected items

    • Submit Marked: Submit the selected items

    • Archive Marked: Archive the selected items

    • Delete Marked: Delete the selected items
