Bulk Actions for News Flash Items

  1. Sign in to your site.

  2. Navigate to Modules and, on the Content tab, select News Flash:

  3. Click the name of a published category:
    The interface displays various news categories with Board News highlighted.

  4. Check the boxes for the published News Flash items you want to apply bulk actions to. You can select multiple checkboxes, if needed:

    Note:

    To select all News Flash items at one time, check one of the Select All checkboxes:

  5. Select a Bulk Action:

    • Publish Marked: Publish the selected items

    • Reject Marked: Reject the selected items

    • Unpublish Marked: Unpublish the selected items

    • Submit Marked: Submit the selected items

    • Archive Marked: Archive the selected items

    • Delete Marked: Delete the selected items
