This article will show you how to apply Bulk Actions for Quick Links inside one category.
The Bulk Actions include:
Publish Marked: Publishes Quick Links for public view
Reject Marked: Rejects Author-submitted Quick Links
Unpublish Marked: Removes Quick Links from public view
Submit Marked (Authors only): Submits Quick Links for approval
Delete Marked: Deletes Quick Links
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author (Submit for review)
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Quick Links
Select the category that contains Quick Links you want to apply Bulk Actions to
Select the checkboxes next to the Quick Links you want to apply Bulk Actions to
Select a Bulk Action at the bottom of the page
Publish Marked: Activate actions to be public-facing
Reject Marked: Stop action suggestions from being published
Unpublish Marked: Remove actions from the public-facing site but keep
Submit Marked: Actions will be reviewed before they are published
Delete Marked: Remove actions from public-facing and internal sites
Note:
For Delete Marked, select OK on the pop-up that asks Are you sure you want to delete the item(s)? to confirm the deletion.
