Bulk Actions in Facilities

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to s and on the Content tab, select Facilities

3. Select the Categories you want to apply a Bulk Action to

4. Expand Bulk Actions

5. Select a Bulk Action option

   Note:

   Bulk Actions will immediately take effect

   • Publish: Makes facilities publicly viewable

   • Unpublish: Makes the facilities not viewable by the public

   • Delete: Removes facilities from the system

     Note:

     You must Unpublish items before you can delete them.

   • Decline: Decline an author-submitted facility
