CivicMedia allows you to connect with your residents and offer on-the-go information and resources.

Today’s busy lifestyles clamor for information in a quick, easy-to-digest format that is accessible whenever or wherever you want. If a local government really wants to stay connected with residents, it is crucial to offer on-the-go info and resources.

CivicMedia is a legacy feature. All sales after September 30, 2025, will have our new CivicPlus Video feature. If you currently use CivicMedia and are interested in upgrading to CivicPlus Video, please contact your Account Manager for more information.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your website

2. Navigate to the CivicMedia™ module:

   1. Expand the Modules menu

   2. Select the Content tab

   3. Click CivicMedia™

3. View and navigate through CivicMedia:
